reflection of modelling and simulation

 A simulation generally refers to a computerized version of the model which is run over time to study the implications of the defined interactions. For example, we can learn about riding a bicycle from reading a book. To really learn and understand about how to ride a bicycle we must become actively engaged with a bicycle. Modeling and Simulation act as much the same reality. Through it, we can see the real process to ride a bicycle. In this assignment, we need to present about one example of modelling and simulation that relate to our curriculum specification. we had choose Archimedes principle for simulation and impulse for modelling. for the example, what can i say is that, modelling and simulation are really help in students understanding.  This is because,  in simulation, we can adjust their manipulative variables and immediately we can get their response variables. So students can see the changes clearly. besides that, with simulation and modelling, we can really see what we are unable to see. such as students can see what actually the molecules move and how the bonding of atoms actually done. Another advantage is we can do the experiment that we cannot do in the really life such as experiments that are dangerous, expensive and hard to do. so by simulation and modelling, we can actually do the virtual experiment without dangerous. so we can see that how nice are modelling and data simulation.

During choosing our simulation and modelling examples, we had face some problems such as the examples that we choose are not in the syllabus because the examples are for the matriculations. so we need to change our examples and at the mean time we do not have much time to do because we need to present them at the night with using of the IWB application. But praised to Allah, we manage to finish our task and we can present them clearly. Personally, I really appreciates to learn about this topic because it really help me in my teaching for my futher teacher to be. InsyaAllah, I will apply this kind of teaching process for my students.
